RETURNS AND SHIPPING

SHIPPING TIME: We will ship your order within 1-4. business days after we receive the order and confirm the payment. Special promotions or holidays may lead to longer shipping time, we will ship as soon as possible.

Shipping method: We usually use courier companies for delivery, customers can specify the courier service. Specific delivery methods and costs will be informed to the customer at the time of order confirmation.

Receiving address: Please provide accurate receiving address and contact information so that the courier company can accurately deliver the goods. If the delivery is delayed or undeliverable due to inaccurate information provided by the customer.

Return Service Terms:

Return Requirements: If the customer is not satisfied with the goods received or has any quality problems, apply for a return within 10 working days after receiving the goods. Returned merchandise must be in its original packaging intact, with no signs of use, unused or damaged.

Return Procedure: Customers are required to send the merchandise back to the designated address after the return request, and provide the reason for return and order information. Once we confirm receipt of the returned merchandise and check it for accuracy, we will process the refund for the customer within 5 working days.
Returning Costs: If the item has quality problems or our error causes the return, we will bear the return shipping costs.
